At this time all Ulric River items are considered final sale and no returns are accepted. Unless the product was damaged or the wrong item was shipped.  To return an item, simply email support@ulricriver.com with your name and return request. Ulric River does not accept any product returns from Canada or International orders. 

Shipping

Ulric River offers free Economy Shipping (5-7 Business Days) with any online purchase over $75 (merchandise subtotal is calculated before sales tax and after coupons or promotions). If you need your items quicker, you can choose from our Expedited USPS Services (1-3 Business Days).

Additional international shipping duty costs are the responsibility of the receiver. Ulric River does not take responsibility for any unseen costs created by international shipping, duties, and customs.
